Q: Do you do host-paid and guest-paid events?

A: Absolutely! We offer both host-paid and guest-paid events.

  • Full-Service Gourmet Food Truck: Has a minimum guarantee of $1,500.
  • Mobile Grill Trailer: Has a minimum guarantee of $750.
  • These minimums help us cover essential costs like propane refueling, transportation, and staffing, ensuring a smooth and successful event for everyone.

 

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes, the deposit policy depends on the type of event and which mobile kitchen you choose:

  • Host-Paid Events: A 25% deposit is needed to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 1-2 weeks before the event (timing depends on event size).
  • Guest-Paid Events: We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your date.
  • This deposit goes towards your minimum sales guarantee ($1,500 for the Full-Service Food Truck, $750 for the Mobile Grill Trailer). If our sales to your guests are less than the remaining minimum guaranteed amount, the difference will be charged to the card on file.

 

Q: How long is the food truck service?

A: Our standard mobile kitchen booking includes two hours of dedicated service (the time we’re serving food). We typically arrive 1-2 hours early to set up and prepare, ensuring we’re ready to serve by your desired start time. If you need additional service time, we’re happy to extend your booking for an hourly fee. Just let us know your requirements, and we’ll accommodate your needs.

Q: Will the entire menu be available at my event?

A: To ensure smooth and efficient service at your event, we typically offer a curated selection from our extensive menu.

For Host-Paid Events: You’ll work directly with us to select your desired menu items:

  • Full-Service Gourmet Food Truck: We recommend selecting 3-5 entrées and 2 sides for guests to choose from. Appetizers, beverages, and desserts are also available upon request. We’ll consult with you to determine the ideal quantities for each item, ensuring there’s plenty of your most popular choices and minimizing waste. Keep in mind that requesting a larger menu offering may require additional staff.
  • Mobile Grill Trailer: You’ll choose the core menu items to be available (e.g., gourmet burgers, hot dogs, tacos, BBQ, or a combo). You can also select specific topping packages to be included.

 

For Guest-Paid Events: We’ll curate a selection of menu items to ensure efficient service.

  • Full-Service Gourmet Food Truck: We’ll typically select 3-4 entrées, 2-3 sides, and sometimes a few desserts, plus assorted beverages, based on your desired cuisine style and any mentioned special requests or dietary needs.
  • Mobile Grill Trailer: You’ll choose the core menu items, and we’ll then provide the most popular topping options.
  • For all guest-paid events, limiting choices helps us manage inventory and service speed, especially when predicting individual orders can be challenging, reducing potential waste.

 

Q: What’s the cost per person?

A: Our entrées typically range from $15-$18 per person. Please note, this cost is for entrées only and does not include sides, beverages, appetizers, or desserts. For custom menus, pricing varies based on the specific dishes and ingredients you select. We’re happy to provide a detailed quote once we’ve discussed your menu preferences and chosen mobile kitchen.

Q: Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
